Eat right, have a positive attitude and plenty of sleep would be the most important one.

My favorite thing to do when I’m not driving my truck is traveling Australia, camping, water skiing and anything outdoors.

I love nutrition, it is so interesting. I’m doing a short course on nutrition and mental health at the moment. I will be continuing my studies on it.

We put fuel in our trucks so that they keep going, we need to do the same with our bodies by fueling them with nutrients.
