Today Frank chats with Tony ‘Tones’ Fulton! Tones has been driving a truck since he was a teenager and is currently an owner-driver. Most of you would know him from Tones Trucking Stories where he shares his experiences online.
Tones talks about the challenges he has faced keeping his health and wellbeing in check when he is out on the road.
